Our History

The Worcester HelpDesk is complete Information Technology support for the small to mid size business. We have developed a unique proactive approach to IT support. We don't just react to your information technology problems as they occur, we continually look after your systems, often preventing problems before they cause damage to your business.

By partnering with our clients, we are able to provide them with complete IT support including regular proactive maintenance, real-time system monitoring, and Service Desk remote and on-site support. Our focus is to develop successful relationships with our clients that will minimize costly downtime and provide a means to grow their business by making sure their network, email and critical data are available when needed.
